At Eloura Jewels, we take great care in ensuring that every product is crafted and packed with love. Since each piece is delicate and made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference.

1. Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item you received is damaged during transit. (unboxing video is must)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • You no longer want the product after delivery.

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Customized/personalized items (unless defective).

3. Reporting a Damaged Item

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Send us an email at the.eloura.jewels@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging (unboxing video is must)

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

    • A refund of that particular product to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, we will arrange the pickup or provide instructions.

  • Customers will not be charged for return shipping in case of damage/defect.
